April was breed by the late Mrs Sheila Martin and was shown by her up till 2007. Following Sheila’s death in September 2008 April came to live with the Bramblecroft Sheltie family and has fitted in wonderfully and is a happy and relaxed little girl. I have continued to show her and she has obtained her Irish Champion title in May 2009.  I know Sheila would have been delighted with this news as was her husband Ian when I told him the good news. Many friends from the dog world have contacted both Ian and myself to offer their congratulations on April’s wonderful achievement.

April has won many, many awards at all levels of showing, from puppy, junior to adult and been awarded many wonderful accolades in her show career. She still enjoys the buss of getting ready to go to show and walking proudly around a show ring.  Below are a few photographs of her at different ages, the last being her now.
